职位描述:

零售地区经理通过制定和实施与大区总的战略目标协调一致的地区策略,管理所辖的地区业务,以及零售代表进行教导和发展,对区域大客户经理、区域通路行销经理的工作进行协助,对客户的需求做出适当反应以达成地区的目标和任务。同时,零售地区经理要确保区域内所有业务活动均符合辉瑞公司的核心价值观, 为实现地区销售业绩和公司利润最大化,创造良好的外部销售环境。

主要职责

严格遵循公司核心价值观和商业行为准则开展业务活动

维护和管理产品在市场终端的价格体系

负责管理和产品的一切业务,制定地区目标和发展方向

建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队

勇于挑战,在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下,确保完成上级经理下达的销售及其他工作目标

参与所负责区域的人员招聘,负责团队人员发展,进行绩效管理和教导

建立和保持有效的沟通系统

完成区域城市开发计划,挖掘潜力城市及生意机会

与当地零售经销商保持密切沟通与合作,共同利用各自资源优势开发更多潜在客户

定期随访代表,提高下属能力,每季度完成绩效评估并提出目标与期望

收集并及时反馈市场趋势、发展状况、竞争对手活动,为公司制定战略计划提供参考

按公司政策分配/利用/控制区域资源和预算

按时参加公司会议、按要求及时提交相关的工作报告

--follow-up MICS termly, improve MICS' business skill, complete performance evaluation and Put forward the goal and expectation every Quarter.

--collect market trend, develop situation, competitors action and feed back to company for making strategic plan.

--assign/control resource and budget according to company policy.

--attend company meeting and submit work report timely.

医药零售行业或消费品零售行业2年以上相关销售管理工作经验,

大学本科或以上学历,良好的计算机和英语水平

Qualifications required:

----Good leadership, team cooperation ability , the potential of management and having a positive attitude
