Pfizer Regional Regulatory Hub Strategist Lead (Lifecycle) in Tuas, Singapore
Management of Lifecycle Team with responsibility to coach and mentor team to deliver of the identified objectives and projects.
Manage projects and product-related registration (post approval) strategies in the assigned therapeutic categories/countries.
Facilitate efficient engagement between Global/Regional Regulatory Strategists, relevant partner lines and Regulatory PCO staff as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned therapeutic area to ensure business continuity.
Lead and be the SME/Point of Contact for Projects/Systems/Processes for assigned projects within the GRA-I Regional Regulatory Hub.
Represent GRA-I Asia Regional Regulatory Hub in relevant internal/external forums.
Policy shaping and process improvement initiatives relevant to scope of role.
Scientific Degree. A higher degree (Pharmacy, BSc) may be an advantage but is not essential.
Appropriate Regulatory Experience - minimum 8 years experience.
Experience in managing Lifecycle/post approval submissions within Asia.
Proven leadership capability with effective people management experience.
Proven ability to manage complex regulatory or drug development issues.
Proven ability to consistently deliver to time, cost and quality standards.
