Customer Service Representative Grade 4B - should be familiar with IO operations and various Pfizer functional group, and performed orders transaction in accordance with the market able to perform transaction independently without further instructions. GSR4b should be able to resolve day to day operation issue and able to fill in as backup within the department.
Manage the performance of order processing for specific markets, inbound product processing and cross dock shipment and foreign to foreign drop shipment.
Ensure the documentation processed by the team members are complete and meeting customer requirement.
Able to operate and managed a market with customer facing and communicate to market independently.
Improvised solutions to market and understand market requirements.
Issue and follow up Purhcase Order
Monitor Purchase orders download from forecasting system into SAP
Monitor the Purchasing / Sales Order processing activities
Coordinate with supplying plants for product routing setup
Monitor inventory levels to support the company's inventory strategy
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery
Coordinate with forwardering agents on shipment delivery schedule
Handle shipment arrangement and preparation of all shipping and banking documentation
Prepare documents for repackaging jobs
Manage documentation filing and clerical support
Handle customer enquires/complaints
Bank LC and other specific market commercial transactions
