Pfizer Field Medical Lead in Tamsui, Taiwan
MAIN REPOSIBILITY / DUTIES
The Field Medical Lead is leading the stakeholder-centric engagement, responsible for the execution of medical to medical initiatives, and manages the Field Medical Team including supervise MSLs to develop external stakeholder strategy, execute external medical to medical engagement according to category medical strategy, and align with Category Medical Leads to implement and deliver medical projects in Taiwan. Field Medical Lead shall have accountability in the following areas:
External Medical and Scientific engagement strategy and implementation
Develop external stakeholder engagement strategy in alignment with Category Medical strategy.
Establish and strengthen medical and scientific relationship with external stakeholders.
Be effective in data communication and medical insight capturing.
Collaborate with Category medical lead to conduct advisory board; organize and deliver relevant educational/training workshop/meeting; participate or designate MSL to medical/scientific conference.
External collaboration Projects:
Managing Educational Medical grant, Research grant, Post study drug supply, and Compassionate Use Program.
In collaboration with Category Medical Affairs to ensure timely and efficient communication to complete required internal/external process including system administration, maintain good documentation, tracking and keep payment, material and drug shipment on time.
including but not limited to local/regional clinical research of secondary database analysis study, non-interventional study, low-interventional study, pragmatic trials, ...etc.
Scope of work including: vendor negotiation, project timeline and milestone oversight, budget monitor, research document readiness, and publication quality control to fulfill internal and external requirement.
Ensure the compliance of operational requirement.
Field Medical Lead should be familiar with internal regulation requirement and be able to community correctly with cross function partners to make sure the quality and efficiency of project execution;
Risk Management Plan (RMP):
Participate or delicate as Medical Affairs division representative for local RMP.
Provide administrative support to Category Medical Lead, who is responsible for the product required the RMP, ensure operational quality and timely delivery of required material and report for RMP.
capability development, building high performance team, enhancing cross-category/cross-functional collaborations
Goal setting for team member MSLs to align with Category Medical Leads' objectives.
Ensure the team member MSLs' capability in the skill of field medical, quality of operation and compliance.
Consolidate internal stakeholders' opinion toward team members to evaluate individual performance and develop talent.
Other medical affairs projects appointed by supervisor
REQUIRED SKILL SET
Good project management skills
Good communication skills in English and Chinese speaking and writing
Proven ability to work in cross function network
Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and healthcare environmentManagerial

No specific requirementEducation
The area of medical or clinical or biotechnology science bachelor's degree or above
Additional training / diploma in management, such as MBA would be a plusExperience
Experience in clinical research operation, or observational real-world data research, or outcomes research in academic or government functions related to pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.
3 years of MA or relevant function, with 2 years of people management experience would be preferred
