The main purpose of the role is to manage and deliver training programs locally in line with GCO Global and Regional strategy. You will be accountable for ensuring local business requirements and needs are met through the execution of local annual training partner plans/agreements.

You will also have the opportunity to partner across the business and undertake significant professional development as you learn the processes, procedures and programs which GCO Training uses to ensure we help our business partners meet their goals.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Manage, deliver and sustain training programmes locally - in partnership with the local business ensuring effective delivery standards with evaluation and communication of training outcomes to the business

  • Partner with local Pfizer colleagues/ vendors and customers to execute the annual partner training plan with clearly agreed priorities and expectations. Capture data for measurement

  • Have clear understanding of local business needs and requirements. Work with business partners to aggressively prioritize needs and manage demand; partner effectively with COE.

  • Partner with local SMEs to ensure effective execution of the delivery model

  • Localise Training appropriately ; validate materials and adapt programmes to meet local needs

  • Contribute to development of global brand and skills curriculum to meet regional needs

  • Ability to understand technology and independently run training courses using all GCO training delivery systems

  • Member of local GCO Training Team and regional training team

  • Compliance and COE alignment with local legal practice Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

  • Training delivery, presentation and facilitation skills

  • Demonstrable success in a commercial role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with track record of working collaboratively across functions

  • Confidence and flexibility of style that results in a positive impact on colleagues at all levels

  • Excellent stakeholder management; strong communication and influencing skills

  • Planning and prioritizing skills

  • Proficient in the use of technology Please note the below role requirements :

  • Primarily office based with field work requirements

  • Some weekend work involved

  • Occasional regional travel
