The International Finance BT Client Partner, is a single point of contact for Finance and Business Operations. This role will serve mainly the Greater China with an expansion to support other APAC markets, when needed.
He/She will work with the key market stakeholders to refresh and retire legacy technologies. Partner with global solution to delivery strategic / innovative/ emerging technologies that will best fit the business needs.
Support effective business change by building relationships with and between strategists, planners, designers and operational business partners. The responsible incumbent will manage the requirements and assimilation process to prioritize customer needs through the governance process in partnership with the business.
The Finance BT Client Partner will seek to understand business needs at various levels, acting as an advocate for various stakeholders and business clients and will influence the global/regional direction of product and service offerings to meet market needs.
The primary responsibilities of BT Client Partner, Finance Internatioanl are :
BT Client Partnership
Partner with global solution team by initiating and delivering the global applications, emerging and innovation technologies (Robotics, Digital, Predictive etc) to the business
Develop and maintain ongoing, strategic relationships with Finance, Procurement, Distribution other business clients
Initiate procedures to open communications with and between stakeholders
Understand customer needs and bring them through the appropriate governance processes to ensure visibility and agility
Represent local stakeholders in the creation and definition of new BT products and services, change request, or business case
Provision of emerging / global technologies knowledge and consultation to business, spearhead process improvement, enhancement, project management, problem management in order to delivered a high level of customer satisfaction
Finance BT Strategic Alignment and Support
Act as the point of escaltion for business critical / service issues, ensuring issues are resvoled in timely manner
Translate Pfizer business needs into high-value solutions, leveraging existing systems and solutions
Aggregate market needs into regional or global solutions, championing the launch of projects and services
Influence business and drive adoption of enterprise solutions
Partner with other BT team members to ensure a seamless and effective Operational Delivery service.
Maintains complete responsibility for financial applications. Identifies, resolves, and removes systemic limitations and barriers to task completion
Lead implementation efforts with complete responsibility for projects or for areas of large projects.
Ability to multi task, develops detail project plans and prioritizes the market and tasks within the plan to achieve project goals
Manage concurrent projects, assigned project to appropriate resource, prepare and distribute timely progress report to the stakeholders, manage expectations, highlight risks/concerns, ensure actionable responses from team/business to drive results, adhering Pfizer BT SDLC standard
Engages with Risk Management and Compliance BT in the identification of Compliance solutions implementation (GMP/GDP, Security, Business Continuity, IT Controls etc
Support Audit across the applications under his responsibility
