Responsible for franchise Marketing leadership for the fast growing Hemophilia franchise. Includes brand ownership of inline products BeneFIX and Xyntha. Development and execution of academic platforms in partnership with key customers and authorities. Lead market development activities associated with near term pipeline and Gene Therapies. Needs to lead the Hemophilia XFT without direct managing authority. Level offered will be commensurate on candidate's experience.

Strategic Brand and Franchise Planning

Brand Strategy Execution

Lifecycle Planning and Market development for Hemophilia pipeline, Gene Therapy

Main Requirements:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced or scientific degree is valued.

  • 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategic planning or other business leadership roles

  • Demonstrated cross functional leadership and ability to "Get Things Done"

  • High Financial acumen and ability to make trade-offs

  • Emotional Intelligence, strategic thinking and collaborative leadership necessary.

Special Knowledge

  • Prior RD experience is advantageous but not mandatory; Specialty Care experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of hospital products and Access/Reimbursement/Policy environment

  • Experience with academic platforms and partnership with key customers is valued.
