Pfizer Innovation & Program (Associate) Mgr in Shanghai, China
The positon will support on company-wise projects and converts innovation opportunities and people management into pilots and programs. He/She uses program management, business knowledge, processes improvement, change management, continuous improvement methodologies, measurements & tools to drive efficiency and impact.
The position will provide support on program / project management covering operating model, innovation projects and people development project, resolving conflict across upper management, managing implementation, overseeing change management on extensive highly complex projects, etc. The colleague needs to cultivate and maintain relationships across different functions and stakeholders.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET ：
1-2 years of operational consulting experience, either internally or at a large external consulting firm
3-5 years of overall experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry desirable
Commercial experience (sales, marketing, commercial operations, etc.) in Asia markets preferred.
High learning agility in PMO and business analysis
Good experience with aligning stakeholders, facilitating conflict, and communicating information to provide transparency on the underlying issues and potential solutions in varying settings including workshops, small group sessions or one-on-one meetings.
Able to interact and partner for key stakeholders.
Comfortable in driving projects within matrixed organizations.
