Pfizer Incentive Compensation Coordinator in São Paulo, Brazil
Lead the whole processes related to the calculation of Awards, Incentives Campaign and Motivational Programs of the Sales Force, in both countries Brazil and Mexico.
Research, analyze and advise on IC concepts and practices, common to and that best fit to market needs.
Drive evolution and standardization of tools, processes and support model to best align to market needs in terms of cost, speed, quality and agility.
Govern and execute the design of all sales driven incentive compensation plans, from quota setting to payout curve, in alignment with BU clients to attract, motivate and reward top performer employees while meeting culture and market driven dynamics.
Provide the calculation quota and bonus as well as competitions/awards in consideration of alignment and eligibility rules. Monitor regularly. Conduct validation steps. Report out to different stakeholders.
Oversee adherence of IC operations to the applicable policies and guidances through regular monitoring of reports and process KPIs, and regular communication with IC operations groups;
Lead, implement, and oversight the vendor / third party aiming to guarantee the incentive compensation calculation.
Guarantee the monthly reward and accumulated recovery of the Sales Force through the reward system;
Guarantee the calculation of individual quotas on a quarterly basis;
Guarantee the calculation of Product Incentive Campaigns;
Guarantee the calculation of the results of semiannual and annual PPO (Professional Gold Standard motivational award);
Provide all information needed to vendor / third party proceed with the scope of the work;
Analyze and support the sales force in clarifying doubts about awards and quota calculations;
Analyze the results of the award calculation and prepare presentations and analytical reports to be sent to the Business Units.
Bachelor Degree: Business, Science, Math, others correlated
Language: English and Spanish
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in projects related to the area of Productivity, Effectiveness or Market Intelligence.
Advanced knowledge of Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Access packages;
Knowledge of commercial flow and demand audits.
Knowledge and experience with Sales Force Variable Compensation Systems;
Knowledge and experience with Database management

Good interpersonal relationships to work with internal customers and the Sales Force.
