Pfizer Facility Engineering Analyst in Rocky Mount, North Carolina
The Facility Engineering Analyst provides assistance for the Facility Engineering department for both R1 & R2 sites and back up support for all departments within engineering. This includes Project Engineering, Utilities, Facilities, High-Rise and HVAC. A total of 63 exempt and hourly Facility Engineering personnel are directly supported by this position.
Primary accountabilities are: Reviewing and maintaining regulatory required documentation, Updating and publishing monthly and annual reports for utility usages, project status & environmental compliance, back up to Compliance Technician for investigation/change control submissions and interfacing with vendors for issue resolution.
Utilizing utility usage data generates month end utility cost allocation report for the site.
Maintain and generate site required reports including: WFI CofA, energy conservation, Tier II reports, Safety inspections, Department Monthly status report, site discharge, etc.
Review, maintain and file regulatory required documents including equipment/system documentation, sanitation records, equipment operational logs and operation charts.
Generate and maintain orders for site utilities and critical commodities such as acid, caustic, bulk gasses, water, sewer, electricity & natural gas.
Processes maintenance purchase requisitions in Ariba, route change notices and reconciles accounts payable issues for the Facility Engineering department.
Coordinates the required monthly safety training meetings and maintaining employee safety training records.
Coordinate contract employee on-boarding, training and ongoing GetAccess maintenance.
Entry of QTS documents for investigations, corrective action tracking and change control
Maintains utility engineering team bulletin boards.
Track Work Order status and review for proper GMP documentation
Assist in Credit Card administration for the Department.
Assist in ad hock reports and presentation generation
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Minimum 2 years progressive office or administrative experience in general clerical or engineering environment or a background in a demonstrated skills transferable field is required.
Demonstrated ability to operate various office equipment such as computer, scanners, printers, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suit, and ability to master company specific system applications.
Ability to comprehend and respond to verbal and written instructions/plant documents.
Work independently or in groups effectively.
Strong problem-solving, organization and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate's degree is preferred.
This position is primarily an office job that requires minimal lifting or prolonged standing. The facility is large and walking to different departments is a requirement. Mental requirements include ability to review and analyze large data sets and perform mathematical calculations to support data analysis.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Day shift: 7 am - 4:00 pm typically, must be able to work overtime during high maintenance periods.
