Pfizer Country Brand Manager, Hospital in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
Reporting to the Hospital Category (i.e. Critical Care Sterile Injectables and Anti-Infectives), the Country Brand Manager is responsible to drive the revenue growth, accelerate access and new launches of products.
Accountable for the strategic plan that maximizes patient impact and delivers against financial objectives for the Hospital Portfolio end-to-end.
Accountable for tailoring (glocalizing) global brand strategies, tactical programs and TA-specific customer experiences to meet local market needs.
Lead the cross functional brand/portfolio team and is accountable for its effectiveness and performance
Accountable for the planning and coordination of the stakeholder engagement, across functions, to meet portfolio objectives.
Accountable for developing the organizational capabilities necessary to execute the strategic plan.
Responsible for the revenue and DME forecasts
Drive launch strategy
Drive and influence growth product strategies
Influence foundational product strategies
At least 3 years of marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical industry; experience in consultancy firms will also be considered.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent required, Master degree desired
Proficiency in English and local language, MS PowerPoint/Excel
