Pfizer Marketing Manager, Eucrisa in New York City, New York


This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dermatology franchise which consists of the currently marketed product Eucrisa for mild to moderate Atopic Dermatitis and the pre-launch product Abrocitnib, potentially for moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis. Eucrisa is an approved non-steroidal PDE4 topical medical for mild to moderate Atopic Dermatitis and Abrocitinib, although in pre-launch phase at this time, is an oral JAK inhibitor for moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis with breakthrough designation. The Eucrisa-Abrocitinib US HCP Manager will play a critical role on the team in leading the Congress plan for both Eucrisa and Abrocitinib as well as the Speaker Bureau and Budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, analytical skills and ability to work with cross functional partners. The candidate should demonstrate strong decision-making skills, with a proven track record of success in working in a team-based environment, with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners.

This position will report to the US Dermatology Marketing Lead.


  • Drive brand differentiation utilizing clinical data to strengthen the value proposition of Eucrisa to all HCP audiences

  • Lead Speaker Program Management and content development across all specialties for both Eurisa and Abrocitnib.

  • Lead the identification of congress presence, execution of conventions & product theater operations for both Eucrisa and Abrocitnib.

  • Manage component of HCP budget

  • Lead monthly as well as quarterly forecasting & reconciliation of expenses for Eucrisa and Abrocitnib budget. Customize brand reports and regularly interact with team leaders and finance to actively maintain annual budgets in ePA3.

  • Manage select marketing projects from inception to completion in accordance with the tactical plan

  • Point of contact for field force communications

  • Responsible for maintenance of PROMOS catalogue in collaboration with brand team

  • Execute all projects on time and on budget


  • BS/BA required

  • Responsible for significant coordination with the I&I field force and the Eucrisa cross functional team.Must be able to approach business from a one Pfizer approach and demonstrate exceptional skills in collaboration and driving to alignment

  • Prior in-line marketing experience preferred

  • Demonstrated success in assisting in developing, coordinating, executing, and measuring HCP marketing programs

  • Prior experience and demonstrated ability in budget/expense management. Knowledge and experience in budget tracking and ePA3/Ariba Financial systems

  • Solid business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management

  • Confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create, and bring ambiguity into action.Detail oriented, action driven; and creative
