Global Commercial Operations
- Accountable for the delivery of commercial brands and skills training through partnership agreements in line with CO & Business strategy. Work with regional and local stakeholders to deliver training programs for the assigned Business Unit.
Work locally with Business Units & other business partners as a consultant, to gain a deep understanding of local business priorities and needs, and develop the scheduling of training programs to those needs
Leveraging regional content and programs create and execute local training implementation plans. Where regional plans or content doesn't meet local needs or requirements, design, develop and execute local training programs.
Support the GCO Mexico Lead in improving overall functional services and increasing customer satisfaction to enable business objectives' achievement as well as business opportunities gathering.
Leverage global CFC's curriculum and localize only when required to match local business context and compliance regulations.
Develop business oriented training plans to impact sales performance and prioritize training field force.
Support as coach of sales managers in order to guarantee continuous development of Pfizer competences with a focus on the field work.
Development of training virtualization, managing and updating training materials in P2L.
Accountability and joint responsibility with the Regional Service Area team on cross regional project execution.
Responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the training service delivery methods through continuous improvement and the support of Global training system and platforms.
Education: Bachelor's Degree, health related career preferably.
Languages: Spanish, advanced English level (fluent conversational English desired).
MS Office proficiency.
LMS systems proficiency (P2L).
e-learning development systems proficiency (Claro desired).
Virtual platform use proficiency (Webex/VCT).
Excellent presentation/facilitation skills (including virtual).
Profound medical/scientific knowledge of assigned brands.
Ability to work in a matrix environment.
Understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry and the ability to translate business needs into training strategy.
Institutional sales skills desired.
Clinical paper/studies appraisal and understanding.
Excellent leadership, communication and personal interactions.
Developed consultative skills.
Solid Coaching Skills.
Project management skills and prioritization skills.
Minimum 3 year experience as a Sales Representative.
Experience delivering training desired.
Experience as a District Manager desired (or proven team leadership skills).
Uses modern instructional design techniques to create top of the line training material (print, visual, digital, etc.)
Communications skills in presenting to senior leadership on projects, core training curriculum, product launch planning, metrics, process and compliance.
Ability to travel domestically/internationally to support training as required.
