Pfizer Pharmaceutical Technician Compounding/Dispensing in McPherson, Kansas
Responsible for the daily operation, including but not limited to, Dispensing, Compounding, cleaning and assembling of equipment for the solution preparation process. Operates complex CIP and SIP systems. Operates various equipment used for chilling water for injection. Weighs and measures drug components and completes the preparation of solutions for aseptic filling operations.
Responsible for the daily operation, including but not limited to, Dispensing, Compounding, cleaning and assembling of equipment for the solution preparation process. Following SOPs, cGMPs, batch records, TCPs, BOMs and POPs, and maintaining proper documentation. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and have a problem solving mindset. Communicates openly and clearly with line personnel and supervision to accomplish manufacturing goals. Promote a positive team environment. Perform all tasks in a safe manner.
Required High school diploma or equivalent with some exposure to physical sciences.
Must be competent in basic mathematics and the use of computerized systems.
Preferred to have 12 months of manufacturing experience and a fundamental mechanical knowledge.
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
Responsible, self-directed and able to work independent of supervision.
Must be willing to work overtime including weekends and holidays and maintain the area to GMP standards.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This position is for a 12hr night shift (6pm-6am).
