The UpJohn Emerging Markets BT Business Partner is responsible for all BT - Commercial related activities including the enabling the EM UpJohn GTM Transformation/Strategy through technology. S/he is the single point of contact and accountability for key business stakeholders as the EMB/ UpJohn Commercial & Strategy Lead(s) as well as the regional marketing and medical teams across different TAs. Extensive "hands-on" knowledge on data science, omni-channel communication, customer engagement and project leadership. Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders as well as delivering cutting-edge technical solutions to support marketing and medical campaigns and innovative marketing strategies that accelerate growth. S/he works very closely with the Commercial Excellence and Customer Experience Leads as well as play an important role in driving Innovation through technology in EM. S/he provides consultancy and acts as an in-depth technology expert and trusted advisor and partner on any technology related initiatives and innovations across all markets in the region. Owns the end to end delivery of regional digital/mobile solutions, ensures that all clients' needs are met and at the same time continuously and proactively develop, discover and experiment innovative ideas and technologies that can drive business programs and strategies. Identify opportunities where technology can deliver value and build competitive advantage and provide game-changing innovation. Continuously engages and communicates with clients to stay proactively informed of their changing needs and to keep them aware of new omni-channel tactics/artificial intelligence/emerging technologies. Continuously up-skill and increase BT colleagues awareness of the available digital tactics/channels, share the best practices among markets/BUs. Actively engages with EM UpJohn market teams to enable execution of regional strategies at market level. Proactively identifies opportunities for sharing and re-use of digital assets across the region.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
Establishes productive relationships with the Regional Digital Strategy Leads (EM - UpJohn), as well as the Commercial and Therapeutic Leads (RTALs) and their teams ensuring a clear understanding of the current and future demand in the digital marketing space. S/he will work very closely with the Customer Experience Lead as well as play an important role in any FF Augmentation initiatives, part of the company's digital transformation strategy. In addition s/he will play a key role and work closely with the APAC BT Innovation lead as well as GSC on the emerging technologies discovery, boost & promote prototyping and disciplined experimentation. Responsible to set and continuously adjust and review the BT priorities in the digital area as well as partner very closely with the GSC to continuously adopt/adapt the global solutions to respond to the customer needs and deliver enhanced customer experience.
Breadth and Depth of Knowledge:
Subject matter expert in digital and analytics. Familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus. His/her areas of expertise include but not limited to web, mobile, email, social media, SEO/SEM, gamification, business value generation from bigdata and insights, Artificial Inteligence and more. Uses knowledge of and beyond the industry, customer preferences and needs as well as continuously evolving business environment to create measurable and high impact digital strategies. Exhibits a high level of business knowledge and understanding of the evolving customer' landscape, external marketplace and anticipates business priorities.
Subject matter expert in promoting and driving an insights and data driven decision making business culture, business efficiency and customer engagement transformation using artificial intelligence/machine learning in an impactful, cost effective way.
Actively shares knowledge within the marketing and BT communities and contributes to the development of organizational know-how in the digital area

Together with the Cluster as well as Regional BT BU Leads, interprets Business Units strategies to establish priorities in the execution of the EM UpJohn Commercial BT portfolio. Will create a clear technology roadmap in support to the business strategy.

The UpJohn Emerging Markets BT Business Partner will report to the EM UpJohn BT Lead. They will develop and maintain key relationships with the Commercial, Marketing and Medical Leads across all TAs as well as the Global Solution Centers of Excellence, and be a key contact for the BT BPs as a subject matter expert (SME).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA or BS in preferred disciplines: Digital Marketing & Mobile, Information technology, Computer Science, Business Management. (MBA) preferred. PRINCE2 or (Project Management Institute) PMI, Enterprise/Business Architecture or similar qualification is an advantage.
Extensive proven digital experience (10+) in large organizations working with Marketing, Medical and Commercial teams. Proven experience working with senior business leadership teams developing and delivering strategy and operating plans with demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, leadership and relationship management. Line management experience in a global organization with demonstrated career development and coaching expertise, including performance management, succession planning and new hire planning.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Most Critical Technical Competencies or Capabilities:
His/her areas of expertise include web, mobile, email, social media, SEO/SEM, gamification for customer engagement and more as an integrated eco-system. Good understanding customer journey, conversion, "must -win" moments, Omni-channel, Artificial intelligence and data harnessing are key requirements for digital transformation and differentiation in customer experience, personalization and customer understanding: patient or HCP. This role requires deep understanding of technology and business, as well as ability to perform impact analysis and business case for adoption of artificial intelligence solution as chatbots, automation by RPA, machine learning or natural language processing. He/She should be able to identify key areas of improvement, model the ROI - impact and drive discovery or scoping workshops and challenge the "status quo".
The role is inspirational for driving business awareness of AI and new ways of interaction with patients or HCP by use of technology. Combines deep theoretical knowledge of traditional &digital marketing, buying behavior and practical, cost -effective implementation paths. As a trusted advisor, He/She will drive business buy in with a proven track of record by using internal and external cross-industry best practices, knowledge sharing, past projects. Will deliver repeatable solutions as well as first of a kind, innovative approaches and experiments with a proactive "walk the talk " demand generation practice and help business understand how AI/ new technologies can help customers.
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Primarily computer-based work. Travel will be required as part of this role as it is a virtual position. Expectations around travel will vary but candidates must be capable of travel within the region, to other regions, and to Pfizer World Headquarters. Business Technology is a 7x24x365 endeavor. This role may require physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours.
