Pfizer Sr Associate Quality Systems in Kalamazoo, Michigan
This position is for a Sr Associate Quality Systems, with responsibility for several Business Systems and a focus on the Kalamazoo Quality Tracking System (QTS). The position will be the System Owner, support, and continuous improvement role for QTS and all other assigned computerized business systems.
The successful candidate will be required to become a subject matter expert (SME) in QTS.
Computerized Business Systems Administrator
Administer local user accounts
Perform local backup/archiving
Audit history review
Perform data integrity assessments and configure PC and software to meet data integrity requirements
Regulatory and Customer inspection support
Education - Minimum BS/BA
Experience - Minimum of 8 years Computer Systems experience in a cGMP environment including experience with electronic change control systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership and diverse global teams
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle changing deadlines and responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with both peers and customers
Knowledge of QTS including querying
Database querying knowledge
Ability to understand/interpret customer requirements, recommend/develop business solutions and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
Project Management skills
Knowledge of GMP requirements for computerized systems and standard operating procedures
Ability to develop and maintain SharePoint site
Ability to work at a computer for long hours is required.
