Pfizer Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor) in Istanbul, Turkey

Role Summary

Reporting to the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based in Pfizer Turkey Head Office in Istanbul and:

  • Be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, supporting Pfizer Turkey.

  • Will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to meet business hiring needs.

  • Will provide consultative advice to hiring managers and negotiate necessary offer packages for candidates.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support full-life cycle recruitment for Pfizer Turkey, in accordance with global operating procedures and best practice principles, including sourcing, selection and offer development.

  • Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.

  • Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.

  • Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.

  • Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and maintain legal compliance.

  • Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques.

  • Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.

  • Develop an understanding of Pfizer's Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market to explain the total value of an offer to a job candidate.

  • Achieve recruitment metrics against Global T/A targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Human Resource, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2-4 years of professional, recruitment experience, within a corporate environment or recruitment agency.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and perform end-to-end recruitment, delivering the best talent from the marketplace.

  • Proven ability to understand corporate compensation guidelines and benefit plans.

  • Expertise in performing HR transactions within a large applicant tracking system.

  • Demonstrated consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
