This position will participate in administering the global balance sheet systems which includes include system maintenance and monitoring procedures; compiling metrics and ad-hoc reports, performing data analysis, creating and conducting training, and providing customer support for all levels of the organization. The position is responsible for supporting the Global Financial Solutions (GFS) objectives of developing and maintaining a high performance environment which maximizes personal development, promotes inclusiveness, trust and teamwork and aligns with Pfizer's "Own It" culture.   • Manage Account Assignment analyst

  • BS reconciliation system administration for system/account setup, issue resolution, statistic report generation and reconciliation status reporting etc.

  • Communicate with Global core team and resolve queries raised

  • Monitor Service Center queues and address queries raised

  • Play a key contact role with global R2R BS recon tool support team

  • Provide consulting advices to in scope market and local GFS site

  • Support internal audit requests

  • Perform monthly Quality Review for assigned Balance Sheet accounts and provide feedback to BS CoE team and Original Reviewers

  • Lead internally developed Cadency training and Office Hours support for all market deployments in region/time zone

  • Prepare complete and accurate standard operating procedures and SOX related internal control documentation involving new activities and/or updating for process changes as required

  • Perform various system maintenance and monthly monitoring procedures including but not limited to Monthly Account Monitoring and Monthly UDF Function Monitor

  • Participate in related projects, deployments and system enhancements and ensure processing efficiencies utilizing innovative and technical and processing solutions

  • Self-motivated, initiates tasks with little to no guidance or support

  • Identify issues proactively and communicate to manager along with potential range of solutions

  • Consistently meet communicated deadlines with little to no assistance

  • Participate on organization committees

  • Participate in all relevant trainings

Requirements

  • Good understanding for Financial modules in both Oracle , E1 and SAP ERP system

  • Proficiency in PC skills (inc. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong English oral, written and overall communication skills and multi-culture sensitivity

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in an unstructured environment

  • Strong business acumen and professionalism with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and operations colleagues in all applicable Pfizer Finance and business functional areas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science

  • 2+ years of related accounting experience required, international finance preferred

  • Good English communication skills

  • Software experience in SAP
