Pfizer Sr. Corporate Affairs Manager in Beijing, China

Job Specification

In order to enhance company image and support business objectives, Senior Corporate Affairs Manager is responsible for developing and implementing CSR strategies and projects through strategic partnership with stakeholders to shape the external environment within government regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support Director to develop Pfizer China CSR strategies and outreach programs to positively shape the public policy and strengthen Pfizer company image and reputation.。

  • Develop content and implement CSR projects, unite cross-function BUs resources to ensure best practice in diversified areas such as community, environment protection, product safety and employee care.

  • Promote Pfizer's CSR efforts to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Implement Pfizer NYHQ program to shape the public policy and support business objectives.

  • Build and maintain excellent partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, research / academic institutions, community or industry influencers and other third parties who may have significant influence on public policies.

  • Monitor the policy trend that may affect company businesses in China with the aim of creating a favorable environment for business growth.

  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned. Background Requirements

  • University degree or above

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in multinational companies, agencies or relevant areas

  • Understand pharmaceutical business and healthcare systemProven ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders

  • Focus on result

  • Good oral and writing communication skill in both Chinese and English

  • Outstanding problem judgment and solving skills

  • Teamwork

  • Wonderful capability of managing change
