Pfizer Operations Delivery Manager in Beijing, China
Maintaining deep insights of the country and sites; that include knowledgeable of the state of infrastructure and its operations, and understand the country/ sites operating culture and challenges/ issues.
Oversight of the country and sites core infrastructure operations; manage escalations from key stakeholders and collaborate with BT team to resolve any service events, incidents or issues with the core infrastructure.
Collaborate with BTI team to resolve core infrastructure operational deviations and service health at the country/ sites; and ensuring that they are being addressed.
Collaborate with BTI team in ensuring successful core infrastructure implementation or changes turnover to operations at the country/ sites; which might include engaging key stakeholders, scoping and clarifying requirements, working with support or project team on planning and coordination of execution thorough turnover to operations.
Manage End-Users support for sites that are not managed by Corp Function Business Services group.
Manage Site Services Service Provider performance at the country/ sites.
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, IT Management or related.
Advantage: Any other I.T. certifications will be an advantage.
6+ years of I.T. Service Management experience in a global enterprise.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing I.T. service discipline and resources across multiple country/ sites.
Demonstrated client focus and service orientation; must be able to work effectively in a team-based environment within I.T., business divisions, and third-party vendors.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to manage and influence key stakeholders in positive, poised and effective manner.
Ability to analyze data and information; and use it to support data-guided assessment, problems review and resolution, solution options and decision.
Ability to communicate technical issues/challenges to non-technical people using business language.
Knowledge and experience in managing external service providers.
Knowledge and experience with ITIL Service Management framework and processes.
Excellent Chinese and English verbal and written communication skill.
Must be self-motivated, ability to work well in a virtual team environment, and must exhibit a positive and professional attitude.
