Pfizer Medical Operation Manager in Beijing, China
MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Medical Communication & operation Manager plays a key role in medical culture and branding, design and implementation department activities align with Pfizer culture and goals
MCOM is responsibility to handle the creation and implementation of multiple forms of communication activities and programs within China medical affairs team and Pfizer. He/She devise strategies and translate strategic into messages and activities to help align the medical affairs' goals with the engagement of team members.
Specific responsibilities are asfollows:
MCOM use their planning, writing and editing skills to create materials and organize events for the medical member. For instance, they may generate content that informs employees about the top priorities and values of medical affairs team and the best role model or best practices would be care about and followed in entire team. She/he may accomplish this through publishing newsletters, e-mails, fliers or memos; updating bulletin boards or calendars of events; and managing other tools to produce print and digital copies of communication.
MCOM also arrange dynamic team building activities that engage employees together and bolster their work performance. Such as, create and produce a set of welcome manual and memorial activities.
Aside from that, MCOM is also charge of medical communication platform in department level. This is one way that make medical brand and reputation in Pfizer or in pharmaceutics industry.
Lead the development of communication content across all media channels (newsletter, websites, social media, etc.) to increase awareness of the organization's mission and encourage employees & followers to become constituents
Take necessary briefing from key stakeholders / HR, etc to create & execute communication via emails, Social media, etc. for internal employees.
Ability to manage cross-functional relations to develop communication content
.- Translate complex briefings into simple, easy to understand, memorable messages and communication vehicles, in line with the brand guidelines.
- Experience in developing content for internal and external inquiries. Content & narrative development experience for social media, websites, newsletters & internal communication activity.
Proven work experience in Communication. Good command on content
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees.
Strong speaking skills as you are likely to be called on to give presentations to staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills in order to work with communications and HR departments. You also need to possess the confidence to deal with senior executives and explain communication techniques to them.
Creative ability to devise communication strategies Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential.
Strong decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in communications, related medical or pharmaceutics
