Pfizer Corporate Communication Manager in Beijing, China

Job Specification

The Corporate Communication Manager will be responsible for developing the awareness and positivity of the Pfizer brand and its products by building trusting relationships with the company stakeholders as well as internal communication with all Pfizer employees in China.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Pfizer's corporate image as the industry leader and important contributor to China's healthcare environment through active media communications activities

  • Be involved in developing corporate communication strategy and communication plans and be responsible for the implementation

  • Maintain and improve the external communication platforms/tools to have strong and timely communications to all stakeholders.

  • WeChat accounts, Weibo, Pfizer official website, etc.

  • Promote Pfizer China inside Pfizer world through Pfizer global communication platforms. Background Requirements

  • 3 years PR/Communications experience with multinational corporation, PR agency or >3 years media experience

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field is preferred;

  • Proven capability of working effectively across functions, managing multi-tasks with strong coordination capability

  • Self-motivated, independent, results-driven and teamwork spirit;

  • Strong oral, editing and written skills both in Chinese and English

  • Good project and process management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Working experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
