Pfizer Trade Marketing Manager in Bangkok, Thailand
The Trade Marketing Manager ensures the efficient, and effective design, and implementation of merchandising, promotions and category development/ management programs to contribute to the achievement of sales, market share and profit goals of assigned categories.
To design and implement initiatives that support successful sales strategy and implementation of brand strategy and marketing activity by facilitating information flow and understanding between sales and marketing teams, effective customer relationships, trade strategy development and operational excellence in key market activity.
Insights and Planning- Marketing Channel Strategy Development
Development of overall trade marketing plan for assigned channel or category based on a thorough understanding of channel, shopper, and consumer insights which includes category management/ development, merchandising , promotion initiatives that result in short and long term growth map for PCH.
Innovative Point of purchase (Merchandising and Promotions) Solutions
Develops and deploys/ executes innovative and recurring point of sale solutions for all trade segments for assigned categories and guides the evaluation of impact of these.
Business Intelligence& Processes
Develops recommendations based on fact-based data and customer/shopper insights to minimise risks, maximise opportunities and deliver expected returns to the business for assigned channel, account, category or brand. Contributes to the consensus forecasting (S&OP) process for assigned channel/ account/ category/ brand.
Financial and Organizational Resource Management
Responsible for trade spend management for assigned channel/ account/ category/ brand. Responsible for the analysis and recommendation of the allocation of financial and organizational resources to initiatives that render the best return for the customer and PCH.
Learning and Development
Lead the learning and development of assigned channel and category. Ensures sharing of trade initiative learnings, shopper insights, and consumer insights across functions.
At least 3-5 years in Trade Marketing roles within FMCG environment.
Experience in other sales or marketing disciplines (field sales, key account, brand management) .
