Pfizer OFG Digital & Omni Channel Lead in Bangkok, Thailand
Digital & Omni Channel Lead will lead and drive the development and implementation of Digital & Omni strategy , in order to have each targeted customers reaching their full value potential through efficient and innovative interactive models. He/she will work holistically and closely with each Customer Channel and the Marketing team in order to develop and execute campaigns, programs and initiatives to redefine the Value of the Pfizer offer, transform the overall customer experience and develop marketing colleague's capabilities.
Key Accountabilities Set Direction, Drive performance and Inspire - Provider of Digital & Omni Channel.
Develop the Strategy, Training, Content, Communications, and Operating Models.
Lead and oversee the development and implementation of innovative Digital & Omni Channel content strategies in order to enable customer engagement and create a positive and differentiated Value impact on the business
Drive projects to deliver insight into customer and Online needs for the brands or therapeutic areas
Be an integral part of the Customer channels and Marketing teams, working to assess the best way to build Digital strategies into plans including customer journey building
Ensure relevant metrics are in place to monitor success and business impact of Digital programs, including ROI where appropriate.
Lead and execute campaigns as necessary
Stay on top of Digital innovation trends in and beyond Thailand by actively engaging with external experts and key stakeholders involved in the field, and use that knowledge in on-going assessment and improvement of our Digital strategies.
Seek out business partnership opportunities with third party organizations/companies involved in Digital in order to improve customer interaction and overall business performance.
Develop an external and competitive perspective and impact on our business today and over next 3-5 yearsDevelop and execute Digital Programs for Brands/Therapeutic Areas
Lead and execute Digital initiatives and campaigns across key Customer channels/Marketing Units
Facilitate sharing of content, services & best practice across Marketing Units teams and Brands
Work within Marketing Units to provide customers with core messages via appropriate digital channels
Develop initiatives in readily transferable formats
Work in close collaboration with Local and Regional, BT and other functions to optimize the existing platform
Measuring ROI: Connect the right data and metrics to our objectives.Leadership and Alignment across Teams
Lead Digital & Omni Channel and be the central point for Customer Experience, Campaign management and execution across all customer channels
Ensure a "One Pfizer" approach and lead the needs for the business to drive an outcome that is right for the customer and customer centric
Lead, motivate and develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the Marketing Units teams.
Accountable for Digital & Omni Channel resource planning and promotional plans.Qualifications :
7-9 years of experience in marketing/commercial roles and Digital Marketing experience in or out the pharmaceutical domain - Proven successful track record is a must.
Strong passion and experience for Digital Marketing, Digital health and Innovation
Strong Leadership and Cross-functional collaboration abilities across the organization (including CMF) to ensure that the role and plan of Digital & Omni Channel is understood and any pertaining strategies and roadmaps are agreed and aligned.
Strong ability to unite people under new ideas and ways of working - Strong agent of change to bring others to think and act differently.
Ability to evaluate and correct by teaching and coaching the progression of colleagues towards a plan and its goals
Experience of Digital Marketing tools including analytics, email, CMS, marketing and automation software, CRM and CLM would be a considerable advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology based solutions with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders across a diverse geography.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a complex, changing environment, and the professional maturity to deal with ambiguity and drive change
Demonstrated strong cross-functional working skills to lead, inspire, inform and develop colleagues knowledge in relation with Digital Marketing tactics and the redefinition of the Pfizer Value to customers
Ability to deliver stretching results through others in matrix complex working situations
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex Digital Marketing programs to a diverse audience
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, evolving Global healthcare environment and emerging digital health movement would be an advantage
Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
Fluency in English language
