Pfizer Supply Chain Coordinator in Algete, Spain

1. Qualifications

  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)

  • Preferable experience with SAP/APO/QTS systems, artworks management systems, Adobe Illustrator, Bartender

  • Educated to ADE degree level preferred

  • Excellent MS Office skills

2. Candidates Responsibilities

  • General support to Customer Service area, including internal customer relationship and artworks teams

  • Improve existing customer service processes, ensuring right first time and issue resolution approach

  • Collaborate with rest of supply chain areas such as Planning, Master data, Warehouse and Logistics.

  • Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders, internal (Quality, Technical Services, Finance, Procurement) and external (Pfizer supply chain colleagues worldwide), to ensure transparency on demand and supply, and artworks implementation due dates.
